iora is an office expansion designed to improve connection, comfort, and everyday experience. The original space had no dining area, and the offices were divided by departments. We demolished the existing partitions to unify all teams and encourage open communication.

A new dining space was introduced as a shared hub—where everyone can socialize, recharge, and take a real break during lunch. Soft green tones, layered textures, and the building’s impressive city views shape a calm, welcoming atmosphere that supports both collaboration and well-being.
