This house was designed for sale. Our design guideline was based on the functionality of everyday life without losing the essence of a warm home. Large windows and skylights were included for enhanced interior illumination, along with light colors inside and dark woods for contrast. On the ground floor, a versatile room was proposed that could serve as an office, an extra bedroom, or a TV room. The kitchen was designed to accommodate family gatherings, with spacious living and dining areas connected to the garden. There are three bedrooms and a family room that connects to all three.
