This apartment, located in Mexico City, was seen as a promising opportunity for our client, representing both an investment and an ideal space for their first home. A thorough analysis was conducted to strategically remodel the apartment, as the original 90s style needed updates in key areas to achieve a contemporary look without excessive costs.

The kitchen and the main bathroom were pivotal spaces for renovation, along with the garden floor to create an outdoor area for a grill and a table to host friends. We revived the wooden floors and painted the existing carpentry and doors in a beige color to seamlessly integrate the new style into the space.

Additionally, we designed a bookshelf with a door that allows for the separation of the play area from the living room, creating a designated space for adults to relax. A mirror was incorporated into the dining area to enhance the depth of the space, making it feel more expansive and inviting.
