Tiny 40 is an architectural project developed for the housing market, tailored to the standards of the Mexican family. The design creates a seamless connection between the common areas and the outdoor patio, extending the interior and providing a sense of spaciousness. Key to the design is the careful selection of colors, using light tones such as white, beige, and light woods to bring natural light into the home.

The upper floor features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a staircase leading to a rooftop terrace. This terrace offers stunning views of the Bosque de la Primavera and provides a space perfect for barbecues or relaxation. The project emphasizes the use of timeless, durable, and cost-effective materials, while maintaining high quality to deliver a competitive and appealing product in the local housing market.
