Our client asked us to create a high-end customer experience for a luxuxy concept store they were developing. We designed a store with a living room, were their clients would be offered coffee, tea and treats while they were choosing and fitting shoes, it should feel as if they were entering Massmarca´s home and having a warm welcome to a house, somewhere you feel save and meet with friends.
